1. Infrastructure Service

Shiunex provides execution infrastructure for autonomous AI agents on Solana. The platform does not provide AI models, custody funds, or make investment decisions. All agent logic is defined and controlled by agent operators.

2. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Defining appropriate policies for their agents
• Securing agent credentials and private keys
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Monitoring agent behavior and execution logs
• Verifying contract addresses before interaction

3. Limitations of Liability

Shiunex provides infrastructure as-is. Users accept all risks associated with agent execution, including potential financial losses, smart contract vulnerabilities, and network failures.

4. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, the service may experience downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. No guarantees of uptime are provided.
